In 1986, a class action suit was launched against Scientology by a group calling themselves "FAIR." Michael Flynn  addresses the Scientologists who were interested in being part of the suit.

Scientology's attorney, Earl Cooley, attempted to gain entrance but was denied.  Several people try to disrupt the meeting and they are ejected.

The Dead Agent Pack

Just shy of a month after the first meeting about the class action suit, Michael Flynn addresses the group again to respond to the charges found in Scientology's six and a half pound "Dead Agent" pack. 

Scientology's package of smear material was widely distributed the moment the class action suit was started and is the type of attack Scientology continues to make against their perceived enemies today.

Even more details come out about the nasty tactics used by Scientology's Private Investigator Eugene Ingram and other agents of Scientology.
