Ms. Weber said “Get them (people, in PTS III, watches) the food they need to repair, they come out of it, why this wasn’t done, I don’t know” (page 75, lines 18-21, deposition transcript).
Ms. Weber said that Lisa weighed between 140-1 50 pounds at her “clear” ceremony (pages 121- 122, deposition transcript).
Ms. Weber testified that Lisa should have been taken to the nearest hospital (pages 123-124, deposition transcript).
Ms. Weber was asked “have you ever come up with why... why you took care of her in July and why you were able to take care of her in July, but not able to take care of her in November?” She replied “I have no idea, see, that would come from the C/S (Alain Kartuzinski) (page 132, lines 9- 12, deposition transcript).

Ms. Weber testified to overhearing a conversation between David Houghton and Janis Johnson regarding Lisa’s care. Johnson and Houghton were in Houghton’s office. They closed Houghton’s door. Ms. Weber confronted Johnson when she exited Houghton’s office (page 70,
lines 9-25, deposition transcript).
Ms. Weber was asked”... I don’t want to say the power, but who had the authorization to call this thing off and send her home to her mom’s?” She replied “That would be Paul Kellerhals and Alain (Kartuzinski), the C/S and the security”.

On December 6, 1995, Laura Arrunada testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Ms. Arrunada was asked “Okay. Who made the arrangements to move, to move Lisa? Who was in charge of that?” and she replied “Janis” (page 39,
lines
2-4, deposition transcript).
Ms. Arrunada was asked “And the chief person in charge of... not her psychological well-being, because I think I understand that, that procedure... but the chief person in charge of any medical needs would have been yourself orJanis Johnson?” She replied “Janis Johnson” (page 59, lines 6-11, deposition transcript).
Ms. Arrunada stated that Janis Johnson wrote reports addressed to Alain Kartuzinski (page 59, lines 18-24 and page 60, lines 1-13, deposition transcript).
On March 18, 1997, Rita Boykin testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Ms. Boykin was asked, “Did you ever see her (Janis Johnson) with Lisa?” and she replied “After it settled down to the basic routine people, yeah, she would come in. I think I would see her a
couple
times a night. I didn’t really talk to her” (page 30, lines 19-23, deposition transcript).
