FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATIVE REPORT
Ms. Decuypere testified that Alain Kartuzinski was at the Morton Plant Hospital on November, 18, 1995 and drove Lisa McPherson to the Ft. Harrison Hotel (page 34, lines 4-25, deposition
- transcript).

On August 19, 1997, Judy Goldsberry-Weber testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Ms. Weber testified that Alain Kartuzinski transported Lisa McPherson from Morton Plant Hospital to the Ft. Harrison Hotel. Mr. Kartuzinski and Office of Special Affairs Representative Humberto Fontana were in charge of Lisa’s transportation (page 44,45, and 46, deposition transcript).

Ms. Weber said that when she inquired of Janis Johnson about Lisa’s care Johnson said that "I (Weber) was not to ask any questions about Lisa, that it was being taken care of and just to forget it, everything concerned, I was not...” (page 55, lines 9-12, deposition transcript).

When Ms. Weber was asked “Now, it was your understanding who was in charge of that watch?” She replied “Janis”. When she (Weber) asked Janis Johnson what was going on with Lisa she was told “None of your concern, you’re out of it” (page 56, lines 17-22, deposition transcript).

Ms. Weber testified concerning conversations she had with Janis Johnson “Because I was... I felt that... I said, I at least want to talk to Lisa to give her a note, because Lisa had begged me to be there to help her. And I had promised her. And I’m a person that if I promise somebody I’m going to do something, I take that promise very, very serious. And it upset me greatly that mypromise was being trashed. It was my personal integrity, and I was angry about that. And I wanted to know who. And... and I said, at least give me... let me write it out so Lisa knows that I attempted it and that others have changed it, so that Lisa knows that I have honored what I told her I would do. I said, this has been a thing with Lisa. This is why Lisa had always come to me, was she could count on me doing what I paid I would do for her. And Janis told me in no uncertain terms, she was my senior, she was in charge of it, and to get the hell out of it” (page 57, lines 20- page
 58, line 12, deposition transcript).

Ms. Weber testified that a prescription was called in by Dr. Minkoff for Lisa. The drug store used
was one never used by her and she questioned why this particular store that was located 20-25 minutes away in Largo was used on this one occasion (pages 58-62, deposition transcript).

Ms. Weber testified that “She (Lisa) didn’t like Janis at all, and Janis was going over there everyday” (page 66, lines 7-8, deposition transcript).

Weber testified “I says, you can’t do this, you can’t physically hold somebody down, there are other ways... you know, what doctor’s orders did you have to do this? I said, in Oregon it takes, by law, a doctor” (page 70, lines 12-15, deposition transcript).’
