Ms. Boykin stated that written reports that were addressed to senior C/S were sent to Alain Kartuzinski (page 32, lines 8-17, deposition transcript).

Ms. Boykin was asked, “I have a quick question, up until the end, you know, you took care of her

(Lisa) through that weekend and then that Monday and Tuesday, and she died on Tuesday night.

Was Janis Johnson there through that whole time? There was no big lapses that she was not

there?” she replied, “No. She was in and out” (page 97, lines 15-20, deposition transcript).

On March 25, 1997, Alfonso Barcenas testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Mr. Barcenâs was asked by ASA Mark McGarry if Janis Johnson had come to visit Lisa and he answered, “Yes, I saw her like, I don’t know,several times” (page 21, lines 6-22, deposition transcript).

Mr. Barcenas was asked by SA Strope “Okay, you said that you saw Dr. Johnson several times. How many times is several times?” Barcenas replied “I don’t know, she would go... Janis would go... come and go. I don’t know. She would come every time she wanted to come. Mostly she... She would go like in the morning, sometimes she would return at... in the afternoon”. SA Strope then asked “So on... so on that day in the.., that she came in the morning and returned in the afternoon, that’s two times?” And Barcenas said, “Right”.

On April 3, 1997, Patricia Straô9ner testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Ms. Stracener said “The person who was doing the briefing about the cycle was Alain Kartuzinski” (page 9, lines 4-5, deposition transcript).

Ms. Stracener testified that Lisa was vomiting what they thought initially was blood. In regards to this incident she (Ms. Stracener) testified, “Then the doctor anived, Janis, and Janis, ! told her what’s happened...” (page 23, lines 6-25, deposition transcript).

Ms. Stracener testified that she wrote a report and handed it directly to Alain Kartuzinski (page 31 lines 4-16, deposition transcript).

Ms. Stracener was asked, “Okay, you made a conscious decision when she vomited. And you couldn’t see real well to see what was in the vomit?” and she replied “Yeah”. The question to Ms.
