FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATIVE REPORT
Ms. Cook testified that written reports would be directed to Alain Kartuzinski (page 27, lines 4-6, deposition transcript). 

Ms. Cook testified that Alain Kartuzinski had the power to release Lisa from the watch (page 30, lines 20-22, deposition transcript).
Ms. Cook was asked by SA Strope “Who was in charge of the watch as far as you’re concerned, who could have said, it’s over, it’s done; had all the knowledge what was going on, could have said it’s over?” and Ms. Cook replied “Alain Kartuzinski” (page 92, lines 1-5, deposition transcript).

Ms. Cook testified that Janis Johnson and Laura Arrunada “Would have been even.., the even more responsibility ones to say, hey she doesn’t look good or something like that” (page 92, lines 21-23, deposition transcript).

On September 25, 1997, Susanne Reich testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Ms. Reich testified that she delivered Lisa’s files to Alain Kartuzinski (page 13,14,15,16, deposition transcript).

Ms. Reich testified regarding her reports, “Yeah, Alain needed to know what’s happening during the night, you see. And I was awake the whole time, I didn’t sleep” (page 28, lines 1-3, deposition transcript). 

Ms. Reich was asked “What did you understand Janis Johnson’s role to be in the watch? What was her job on the watch?” She replied “To make sure that... that Lisa is okay” (page 39, lines 6- 10, deposition transcript).
Ms. Reich testified concerning his reports, she was asked “Who told you they had to go to Alain
Kartuzinski?” and she replied “Where it should go otherwise? He was the Senior... that was the
CS... he had to know the data, you see. He needed this information, how she was doing
physically (page 41, lines 17-20, deposition transcript).

Ms. Reich was asked, “Okay, with your knowledge of the church tech, who’s the boss between the CS and the Medical Liaison Officer?” She replied “Depends, you see. The boss is Medical Liaison Officer of the medical thing, you see, who is the boss on it, who liaison with the doctor, right” she continues “And the CS is the one who decides what happens on the case” (page 59, lines 8-16,
deposition transcript).
 
On August 21, 1997, Annie Mora testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
