Mr. Anderson testified that it was Janis Johnson’s decision to take Lisa to the hospital in New Port
Richey (page 79, lines 13-15, deposition transcript).
Mr. Anderson was asked,
“Who
would be calling the shots on Lisa’s case?” and he replied “Alain” (page 148, lines 12-15, deposition transcript).
Mr. Anderson said the MLO office would have some call on Lisa’s care (page 158, lines 7-17, deposition transcript).
On August 14, 1997,
Attila
Madyas Toth testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Mr. Toth said that reports that were written concerning Lisa’s care would have been directed to Alain Kartuzinski (page 15, lines 17-25 and page 16, lines 1-25, deposition transcript), (page 17, lines 1-25 and page 18, lines 1-4, deposition transcript).
Mr. Toth was asked, “Are you aware that Mr. Kartuzinski was Lisa’s Senior Case Supervisor, correct?” and he replied “Yeah, I know. I know that” (page 18, lines 16-19, deposition transcript).
On August 25, 1997, Janet Merle Herring testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Ms. Herring testified that Alain Kartuzinski was the Senior Case Supervisor over Lisa’s watch (page 9, lines 21-25, deposition transcript).
Ms. Herring can testify that she talked with Janis Johnson on 12-5-95 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Janis told her that she was worried about Lisa and that she (Janis) was going to take Lisa to a hospital (page 27, lines 12-25
and page 28, lines 1-18, deposition transcript).
Ms. Herring said that Janis Johnson told her at 4:00 p.m. that Lisa had gotten dehydrated (page 33, lines 1-8, deposition transcript).
On August 25, 1997,
Debra Jean Cook testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Ms. Cook testified that Alain Kartuzinski was the Senior Case Supervisor and had no supervisor of his own (page 22, lines 1-10, deposition transcript).
Ms. Cook testified that Alain Kartuzinski would have made the initial decision to place Lisa into a watch (page 25, lines 15-25, deposition transcript).
