Ms. Spencer testified that the written reports from caretakers were addressed to Alain Kartuzinski
(page 14, lines 1-25, deposition, transcript).
On May 20, 1997, Alice VonGrondelle testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Ms. VonGrondelle testified that she sent a report to the “Case Supervisor” Alain Kartuzinski (page 16, lines 16-18, deposition transcript).
Ms.VonGrondelle testified that the Case Supervisor
“...
is in charge of her (Lisa’s) well being, you know, her mental state and how she’s doing spiritually” (page 43, lines 24-25, deposition transcript).
On May 20, 1997, Leslie Woodcraft testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Ms. Woodcraft testified that she participated in the watch on 11-23-95. When she went to Lisa’s room she was met in the room by Janis Johnson (page 9, lines 3-12, deposition transcript).
Ms. Woodcraft testified that Janis Johnson gave Lisa a pill that would “calm her down” (page 13, lines 16-18, deposition transcript).
Ms. Woodcraft was asked by Det. Sgt. Andrews”... and you’re looking at the cycle that is occurring to Lisa McPherson, in your opinion, who was in charge of this?” and she replied “Overall I would say Alain Kartuzinski” (page 26, lines 13-16, deposition transcript).
Ms. Woodcraft testified that Alain Kartuzinski had the power to determine who goes into a watch and who doesn’t (page 32, line~23-25 and page 33, lines 1-10, deposition transcript).
On May 20, 1997, Anna Pendizini testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.

Ms. Pendizini testified that Janis Johnson came into Lisa’s room and gave her vitamins (page 21, lines 17-23, deposition transcript).

On August 14, 1997, Brian J. Anderson testified at deposition as the result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Mr. Anderson testified that Alain Kartuzinski could make the decisions concerning Lisa McPherson’s being on the watch (page 46, lines 10-25 and page 47, lines 1-12, deposition transcript), (page 48, lines 1-25 and page 49, lines 1-15, deposition transcript).
