I’ll tell you what I’m concerned with. When

we have sworn testimony these records existed, we get
|
half of them, to me I do not feel comfortable until
|
I’ve eliminated the possibility that someone has
|
intentionally destroyed them. I’m not suggesting you
|
did or the attorneys did that.

inclined for any person who’s under investigation to

simply say, well, gee, we asked for somebody to look
|
for them, but it doesn’t appear to me that anybody has

any idea, from what the witnesses said that we have so
