T. C. Applebaum: scientologist listed in “Flag Clear Expansion Committee” magazine, 2000, as a “Clear Expansion Committee Volunteer,” also in the same publication as “Winter Wonderland Co-Chair KS. Found in “Freewinds,” #36,2000, “Ability Congress Course.”

Mary Demoss: Scientologist listed in “Flag Clear Expansion Committee,” magazine, 2000, as a “Clear Expansion Committee Volunteer.” Found in Scientology publication “Source” #120, “PTSBP” course.

Herb Zerden: Listed first in “Impact,” publication of the International Association of Scientologists on the “Senior Honor Roll.”

Cat Jordan: No such person found in recent Scientology publications. Could be an alias or a woman who has recently married and taken her husbands name.

Steve Sigal, the Scientologist who was issued a trespass warrant by the Clearwater Police on July, 9th, 2000, is listed in “Source” # 120, 1998, as taking the upper level course “Solo NOTs Auditor Certainty Course,” and in #126 of “Source,” 1999, as having taken the “Scientology Ethics Specialist Course.”
