I didn’t see any. I don’t recall really.

she should have stayed in the hospital or....?

She didn’t want to stay there. That.. .that was

very clear to me. She really wanted to leave there and she mentioned. . .you know. . .wanting to rest and relax.. . this type of thing.
Det. Sudler:

tJh Huh. Did you think she was rational?

Well, she answered all of his questions.. .you know...

normally. And he thought so. . .you know. He said that he saw no need for her to stay there.

Okay. So you don’t think that the hospital.. .you

know.. . released her unwisely or that they should have kept her for more observation? ..

I don’t think so.. .especially if she did not want to

‘stay. She made that very clear.

AIright. Yet at that point you didn’t notice any

injuries to her body or...?

No. It was the three of us.
