INVESTIGATIVE REPORT
Ms. Schamerhorn testified that she and Dr. Houghton met with Alain Kartuzinski regarding Lisa’s
watch (page 21, lines 7-25 and page 22, lines 1-25, deposition transcript).
Ms. Schamerhorn testified that Alain Kartuzinski was in charge of the “Spiritual Part” of Lisa’s watch (page 33, lines 13-16, deposition transcript).

Ms. Schamerhorn testified that if Lisa wanted to leave her room, Alain Kartuzinski would have to give his permission (page 47, lines 3-12, deposition transcript).
Ms. Schamerhorn testified that in order for Dr. Houghton to give Benadryl to Lisa he would have to get permission from Alain Kartuzinski (page 55, lines 13-22, deposition transcript).
On April 24, 1997, Dr. David Houghton testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s subpoena.
Dr. David Houghton testified that he gave Lisa Aspirin and Benadryl at the suggestion of Alain Kartuzinski (page 13, lines 18-25, deposition transcript).
Dr. Houghton testified about discussing Lisa’s condition with Janis Johnson (page 21, lines 16-25, deposition transcript).
Dr. Houghton testified that he thought Janis Johnson called Dr. Minkoff regarding Lisa’s case on

Dr. Houghton testified that Alain Kartuzinski kept him from giving Lisa Valium. Mr. Kartuzinski felt that Valium was too “heavy” (page 29, lines 4-21, deposition transcript).
Dr. Houghton was asked, “WeIl~who was.., who was in charge of her mental state, her, as you call it, spiritual state?” Houghton replied, “Well, certainly Atain Kartuzinski, being the case supervisor (page 37, lines 4-7, deposition transcript).
Dr. Houghton testified that Alain Kartuzinski gave him the cash money to purchase the Valium for
Lisa (page 39, lines 1-25, deposition transcript).
On
April 10, 1997,
Barbro Wennberg testified at deposition as a result of a State Attorney’s
subpoena.

wrote reports directed to Alain Kartuzinski (page 38, lines 2-18, deposition transcript).
On May 6, 1997 Andrea Sprecher testified at deposition as a
result of a State Attomey's subpoena.
