I don’t think there’s a standard Church procedure
for it. I did it orally. Usually when you have a situation
it’s immediate, something immediate good or bad has happened
and --

So it would —- would it be normal then if someone
orally or in writing asked for a report to be done that the
report would then go back to the person who directed that it
be done?

Yes and no. It depends. It would depend.
For instance, if I was going to take it to Church
counsel, I would ask for the person to write a report and it
would come to me. But, for instance, if, let’s say —- I’m
just trying to think about what circumstance I would tell
somebody to write a Knowledge Report. A Staff member was
habitually late to a particular meeting that he should be
to. I would tell another Staff member, you know, who’s in
charge of the meeting to write a Knowledge Report.
