A.	At any point ,in time, I was told that they were

there in Los Angeles and they�re there. So, okay, they�re
there. And that they do belong to, I think it was �- I
think Elliott told me that they belong to the
Church of Scientology International and that �- well,
they�re there. Actually, it was as simple as that.

Q.	, Did you speak with Mr. Farney to determine who had

access to the folders during that period of time?

A.	No, I didn�t.

Q.	bid you determine whether during this physical

possession of the folders anyone ever took any documents out
of the folders?

A.	� No, I didn�t, sir.

Q. Is there a reason that you didn�t ask him that?
Did you communicate in writing? Did you ask him about that
in writing?

A.	I don�t believe so. I�d have to look at the

dispatch that we sent to them. But I wouldn�t see any
reason why he would take anything out of it, but I don�t
even know, I just don�t know.
