If first appearances were that Ursula Caberta, director of the unconstitutional “Work Group on Scientology,” was running out of the control of her employers at the Hamburg Interior Agency, now the old saying “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” is really starting to prove true. For weeks Caberta, with the approval of her employers and under the label of the Interior Agency, has been openly fraternizing with big-time American swindler, Bob Minton. Joint appearances before television cameras and publicly honor and homage to the international criminal (with the full seal of approval of Caberta’s office as a department director of the Hamburg Interior Agency - of course) are only facets of a marriage carried out in public between the international money Mafia and the Hamburg office. The Republic of Nigeria, having suffered losses in the hundreds of millions of dollars, has just, at the end of June, had the Attorney General’s office charge Minton with fraud, falsification of records and money-laundering, with the Nigerian people as victim. There are demands for his bank accounts to be confiscated and for Minton’s Mafia system of fraud spread across Europe in cover companies, middlemen and criminals to be exposed. What are Caberta’s employers doing, especially Hamburg Interior Senator Hartmuth Wrocklage? Nothing! Not a single thing! Apparently there is no cause for investigation, although Minton has also used German banks in his business fraud and, presumably, has cached a portion of his booty there. We demand an explanation! We demand: Put a stop to the fraternization between the Interior Agency and the international money Mafia and restore a clear line of separation between international crime and the Interior Agency! This fraternization is not sheer tastelessness, it is an attack on the integrity of our legal system! legally responsible
