Willie and I both did.

She was in... either in the very back seat or the next to the

back seat. I’m.. .I’m thinking she was in the very back seat.

Okay. And you and Willie got her out?

Right. Put her in a wheelchair.

Were there any other passengers or,. .or people in the van

with her when you got there?

Pemberton:

Yes. There were three female subjects.

And where were they?

One was in the driver’s seat. Two were in the back seat with

the victim.

Was the victim between them or by a window?

I don’t recall.

was the van there before you got out to the van? Do you

Well, it would’ve been a matter of probably a minute or less.

Det. Carrasquillo: So within a minute, you.. .you’ve got her on a.. .in a
wheelchair and bringing her into the hospital?

Det. Carrasquillo:

When you got her into the hospital where.. .where it’s better

lit.. .where you’ve got more lights.. .what.
.
.did you still have the conclusion that this woman was dead?

Pemberton:

Oh yeah.. .yeah, she was.., she was dead.
