Q. If you’re the auditor, like
-- like today’s
deposition, we would be the auditors and we would be auditing you. Is that similar?
A.
Not exactly, no. 
 Could you explain the difference?
 
A.
Okay. You’re asking questions and -- on -- on
an investigation of incidents that occurred. Okay? And
an auditor is asking questions that are prepared questions
that lead to a specific result in dealing with the mind.
 
Q.
Okay. Now, those questions, my understanding of
those questions would be if I decided to leave the Church,
okay? There would be a specific group of questions the
auditor would ask me that are written down already?
A.
I suppose.

Would those questions simply just be set down in
this room here and asked like this? Or is - - is there
something different? What I’m getting at is, you know, you mentioned earlier in your statements about a meter?
A.
Mm-hmm. 
Q. You know. Of course I’ve read things about it --
E-meters and people who are asked to go, have been -- Is this E-meter an integral part of the auditing? 
 
A.
