What we do is.. .if we know somebody’s got a

physical problem, part of that is to liaison
with a medical doctor for a full medical checkup a full physical workup so we can see if there’s
a physical cause. There usually is a physical cause to this.. .what caused it. So what we would normally have to do if we know that there’s somebody having problems.
