Mr. Toth testified that as far as he knows, Lisa did not leave her room and had no visitors (page 30, lines 10-16, deposition transcript).
On September 25, 1997, Susanne Reich testified at deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Ms. Reich was questioned concerning Lisa’s ability to communicate with anyone outside of the room. She was asked “If Lisa wanted to communicate outside the room, would they have afforded her the use of a telephone?” She answered “No, I don’t think so.” She was also asked “Could she have family visit her?” and Reich replied “No, not that I know. Not the night I was there,” (page 40, lines 12-16, deposition transcript).

Ms. Reich testified that security was posted outside of Lisa’s room (page 30, lines 10-16, deposition transcript).

Ms. Reich testified that Susanne Schnurrenberger told her that Lisa had tried to leave the room. Ms. Reich was asked by SA Strope if she (Reich) would allow Lisa to leave the room and she replied “No. No” (page 55, lines 1-8, deposition transcript).

On August 21, .1997 Annie Mora testified at deposition as a result of a SAO subpoena.

Annie Mora said that Alan Kartuzinski was a case supervisor and thus in charge. Concerning security she said “And security on the other hand, because we have a person who is a security concern. You know, we don’t know if she’s going to hurt herself, break a window, alarm neighbors, or attract police” (page 31, lines 1-6, deposition transcript).
