NARRATIVE:
As a result of my telephone conversation with Gretel Marz-Dunn on September 16,
1997, I received correspondence from Mickey Carter on October 16, 1997. Carter
wrote they have searched the records for the now closed Eckerd store #0007, within
the time frame requested, and could not find evidence of control substances
dispensed to Lisa McPherson. Carter stated They were also unable to find any
prescriptions written by Dr. Minkoff during the specified lime frame. For additional
information see attached correspondence. Investigation continues.

SUBJECT: PRESCRIPTION REPORTS
We have run the reports requested from the now closed Eckerd store #0007,
but were unable to find any evidence of controlled substances being
dispensed to a Lisa Mcpherson during the time-frame of Oct.3l,1995 to
Dec.3 I. 1995. We also were not able to find any prescriptions written by Dr.
Minkoff during the specified time-frame. If we can be of any further
assistance please let us know.
