gathered as part of our looking into Lisa’s history,
and if there were some that came out of there —- but I
would have to look ‘at the subpoenas and look at the
records to make that determination.

I’d have to look at the
documents to know as well.

MS. VAUGHAN: We’ve also been doing civil
productions. It may very well be in some request for
anything Lisa McPherson ever wrote, that is an actual
request we responded to in the civil case, that we’d
had some letters or, you know, client information that
we produced. But I couldn’t sitting here today tell
you that.

subpoena directly to Benetta Slaughter for Lisa’s personnel
record from’ work.
