Q.	—— were those left in Clearwater or did ‘you take

those back home to L.A. with you?

MS. VAUGHAN: In December.

A.	I took -- in December I,took them back home with

me, but I made a copy in Clearwater and gave it to the
lawyers. So they had a copy when I left Clearwater in the
end of January.

Q.	All right. So first week in February you’re back

in L.A.?

Uh-huh.

Q.	You did get notice of this subpoena here. And

your task at that time was complying with the subpoena?

A.	That’s right.

Q.	And tell me how that -- how that went. What --

what did you do to comply with that subpoena?

A.	Well, first thing is, I pulled out the boxes that

I had gotten from Clearwater, went through those. Went
through all the pre-Clear folders and pulled out the
documents that were responsive.

Now, my recollection is we responded to more than
just, ‘the caretaker reports. ‘ ‘

Uh-huh.

•	A. ‘ I thought we responded to the other subpoena.

Q.	At the same time. ‘
