Then when we got the subpoena, by the time we got
that I was back in L.A. So I packaged up the originals.
Searched the whole folder —- folders, actually -- from
beginning to end to make sure there were no others. And
made copies again, sent the originals to the lawyers and a
copy to —- to Ben and Glen, and I kept a copy. I may have
also sent a copy to the lawyers. I know I sent the
originals and probably one other copy.
