A. Paul Johnson.

Q.
Okay.
A.
And I know that those two attorneys had worked
together, at one time they were firm, Johnson & Johnson,
and I remember speaking to both of them trying to locate any
files. I spoke to Paul, and Paul told me that the files
would be retained by Bob Johnson, as he took any kind of’
files with regards to McPherson.

Q.
Okay. Who would be responsible, from your
knowledge of the Church, for taking these reports if they
in fact were done, in contemplation of litigation? And,
obviously, we may or may not agree with that, but assuming
they were done, who would be responsible for transporting
that? Does it go directly to them or does it go to someone
in the Church? Is there someone in the Church who’s in
charge of, say, risk management or something like that?

A.
It would have been my prior counterpart.
Q.
And who was that?
A.
Person by the name of Judy Johnson.
Q. Judy Johnson?

A.
Yes.
Q.
Okay. So --
A.
I’m sorry, Judy Fontana now.
Q.
Judy Johnson then, Judy Fontana now?
A.
Yeah.
