That would have gone to Church counsel at that
time.

A.
I believe it was Robert Johnson.

And it would go to his office physically?
A.
Yes.

Okay. Now, did you talk to Mr. Johnson in
responding to the subpoena last week?
 
A.
Actually, not in response to the —- his -- to the
subpoena, but I have been to his office, and I have looked
through the files that he had there for any and all
information about Lisa McPherson. 
 
S Q Okay. Well, did you ask him if he ever got those
reports or if he ever saw those reports, if he knew what
those reports were, if he had any clue what they were?
Either in writing or in communication, did you ask him?
 
A.
I don’t think I did.

counsel for the Church and he is the client, then there
