Q.
You can’t tell me when?
A.
No, sir. It was
Q.
Was it is ‘96? ‘97?
A.
No, it would be ‘97. It would be —— I’m not sure.
I think it was in March. They went -— I believe they went
straight to you. But
--

MS. VAUGHAN: The first that you know of them
they came through our office?

THE WITNESS:
Yeah. I remember seeing them
there and someone saying about them being there, but

Q.
Okay. There were also some documents that were
subpoenaed somewhere generally in February, and then the
more specific subpoena which you received prior to your
testimony last week for documents that were generated by one
or more of the three people who transported Miss McPherson
to the hospital the day she died.
Other than the efforts you’ve already detailed
concerning sending out written communications beginning in
April of ‘97, did you have any involvement or knowledge of
the search for those documents in response to the initial
subpoena or prior to that?
