whether there was a decision made not to look for those
folders, and I object to the
-- to the form of the
S
question. He never testified that there was a decision
made not to search for them.

A.
But there was —— there was no decision. It was,
we’re just trying to find out what was going on.

Q.
Okay. Well, did you decide what to look for or
did you just -- how did you make a decision as to what to
look for?

A.
It was —— I know where information could be found,
standard lines, standard folders, standard information.

Q. And you know lots of information exists in the PC
folders, we’ve been over that, right?

A.
Well, yeah. But again, I didn’t think of looking
in there because I wasn’t Clear or above. And I thought to
myself, I really have no knowledge, personal knowledge at
all. In fact, no one told me about individuals watching her
or staying with her or writing any reports.

Q.
Did you know she was Clear status then?
A.
Oh, yes.
Q.
Okay. So are you saying that you made a conscious
decision not to bother to look for that because of her Clear
status? Is that what you’re telling me? Or is it something
else? I’m still not real, sure how that —— how your decision
process is going.
