in between the Church’s response to our first subpoena and
prior to the second subpoena being issued. And you
explained the reasons for that search and the scope of
documents you sought in that, and I don’t think we need to
reiterate that today.
What I would like to inquire about now is your
knowledge, personal, firsthand or otherwise, ‘cause it’s
obvious a lot of your knowledge is hearsay, concerning the
initial search for records, either prior to the first
subpoena and any search done under the first subpoena,
whatever knowledge you have of that.
In short, you told us about the search after,
the —— after the records couldn’t be located, what you did
additionally.
