strikes me as odd that you can eliminate the possible
misfiling in other PC folders or other folders belonging to
the people who wrote the records.

Well, it shouldn’t have been in the PC folder
either, as far as you know?

Well, no, it’s about her. If it would be in any
folder, written —— a report written to a CS about
Lisa McPherson, it would be in her folder.

Well, suppose one of those caretaker’s records
complained about Joyce Johnson’s treatment, could that be in
Joyce Johnson’s PC folder?
