I represent Ms. Cezare. And we have spent some time
together, looking at the subpoena that we were served with, and also Florida Statute 914.04, and I have explained to Haydee what her responsibilities are in this deposition, and also the benefits she gets from 914.04.
She understands that she
is
here under a grant
of immunity that’s provided for in that statute. She also knows that she’s supposed to be truthful, and her testimony’s supposed to complete, and to answer the questions to the best of her ability.
