We’re here today --
My name is Bob Polli. I represent Mr. Quirino.
We’re here today pursuant to a State Attorney
investigation subpoena. I’ve discussed with Mr. Quirino
his responsibilities and obligations and protections that
are given to him by Florida statute 914.04. Mr. Quirino
.understands those protections and his responsibilities,
and are (sic) prepared to start answering questions.
