Well, when I first came there, I just was
there with her, and the room was cold. The room was
actually cold and I thought oh, my God, isn’t she cold
with a little bra and panties on, because I had my
sweats on, you know, my little thermals, and I thought
well, we’ll see what happens, because I heard she was
violent, so I didn’t want to get too close to her at
first.
And then she seemed more approachable, and
she actually came and sat next to me and started
talking to me with this gibberish stuff, so at that
point I had touched her hand or she had touched mine,
and I said oh, my God, she’s cold, so then I gave her a
little note and I said, “Are you cold?”
And she wrote
back “Yes.” So I assumed her clothes were around the
corner, so I went to the closet, and then there were
two pieces of luggage, real nice luggage, and I opened
it up and I pointed, and she looked blank, so I said
--
well, I pulled up a pair of jeans and she went
(indicating.) She put them on, slid them on and I
tried to find a warmer shirt in there, and they were
all these thin cotton shirts for Clearwater, and I
thought oh, my God, what am I going to do, and so I
