I would think it was just -- it was after
midnight, but not long after midnight

recognized procedure in not having a conversation with
Lisa?
 
A.
Yes.

Did you have a conversation with Janice at
that time?
 
A.
No. I mean, I walked in. She sort of nodded
that I was there, acknowledged that I was there, and
then, you know, we just sort of stood there.

Okay. Did you have a conversation with
Sylvia at that time, or the same thing?
 
A.
When she came out of. the door? Yes, I think
I said something to the effect, “I’ve come to take over
for you. You can go and get some sleep now.”
 
Q.
Did you get a report of the status of Lisa at
that time to see how she was doing?
 
A.
I -- I think I may have said to Sylvia -- I
don’t remember exactly, but I think I said, “How’s it
