and I’m investigating the circumstances surrounding the
death of Lisa McPherson occurring on —- during the
period of time of November of ‘95 and December of ‘95.
You’re represented by counsel, and I think he would
like to add something to the record before we begin.

invoking his Fifth Amendment privilege against
