• Are they high up in the church?
A.
Yes.

It seemed to me when you said that she was
making a lot of sense because she said to you, “You’re
not CMO, so therefore you can’t tell me what to do” --
apparently CMO would have been able to tell her what to
do; is that correct?
 
A.
No, not specifically.
Q.
They wouldn’t be able to tell her what to do?
A.
That’s kind of hard to say. I mean, CMO is
an organization. It’s part of the Sea Organization.
Members of the CMO would be senior to me. You know, I
would have to call them sir, et cetera. Her, as a
public person, it would be a bit different. Public
people tend to be -- no matter how high within the Sea
Org. structure somebody is, a public Scientologist
would still be on a first name basis with --

since down the line -- that the CMO could tell her what
to do, apparently, from her conversation with you, but
