investigatory body that is selected and named by that
convening authority. They do that investigation and
submit it to the convening authority.

He did not specifically ask me about the death

What he informed me was he asked me if I had any
documents or information, papers. I believe -- it is kind
of hard for me to remember what he asked me, but I think
that is what he wanted.
