Q.
She was five-foot nine and you are a little
shorter than that. Did you do that yourself, did you restrain her yourself?
A.
Yes.
Q.
You never had to request ‘anybody to help you?
A.
Well, no. I meant, I requested later, I mean,
that night, I called, you know. I said, well, I think we should put two people.
Q.
Who did they send?
A.
Annie Morer (phonetic) came, but she came
shortly, and Mr. Kellerhous, he came.
Q.
Did he help you secure her?
A.
Well, she tried to punch him. She tried to
take his pen (indicating) and so he stopped her. That’s how that happened.
Q.
What happened then? Did she calm down, did
she--
A.
Not quite. I mean, right after the new
person came in, she slapped her.
Q.
Was there ever an instance where you could do
-- it’s a big problem, but mental hospitals do that, - - where they strap them down. Did you have to do that?
A.
Well, the night when I arrived on the 26th,
for some time, yes, but I was trying not to do that, you know, as much as possible to not put force on her.
