Just briefly. Ms. Demange
is here pursuant to a State Attorney’s subpoena and
pursuant to, I think it’s Florida Statute 914, it
provides her/with use immunity. I have spent some time
explaining to her what the subpoena was, in the first
place, and what the use immunity is, and she has an
understanding of what those protections are and rules
are, and we are ready to proceed accordingly.

to ask you some questions as to an investigation as to
the death of Ms. McPherson. Your name has come up as a
person that might have had some contact with her, so we
are going to explore that. Before I do so, I would
