let me just put on the record that my name is John
Lauro and I represent Ms. Boykin. Ms. Boykin is
testifying today pursuant to a subpoena that has been
issued by the State Attorney’s Office, and she would
otheri~ise assert her constitutional protections but for
this ~ubpoena and, therefore, she, I believe, is
afforded all the protections of Florida law pursuant to
that subpoena and she is testifying under Florida law
in accordance with the subpoena. Thank you.
