NARRATIVE:
On March 12, 1997, Agent Feola and I interviewed Thomas Beilhart in the Presence
of his attorney, Ronald Cacciatore. The interview was conducted at the Clearwater
Police Department from approximately 1445 hours until approximately 1507 hours.
Beilhart provided the following information.

Beilhart stated he only knew Lisa McPherson from February 1995 until her death in
